Services & proposals
- Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in written proposals, statements of work, or service agreements — not solely by website copy.
- Institutional and sector-specific solutions (banks, education, government, FMCG) may require additional compliance steps before go-live.
Intellectual property
- Radiant retains rights to proprietary platforms, templates, and tooling unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Client-provided content, branding, and data remain the client's responsibility; you warrant you have rights to materials you supply.
Hosting & AMC
- Hosting and AMC are subject to agreed service levels, acceptable-use policies, and timely payment.
- We perform maintenance and security updates as part of AMC; scheduled downtime will be communicated when practicable.
Limitation of liability
- To the extent permitted by law, Radiant is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website.
- Liability under active service contracts is governed by those contracts and applicable Indian law.
Governing law & contact
- These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Karnataka shall have jurisdiction, subject to any exclusive jurisdiction in a signed agreement.
